I paid via EFT — what now?

Email your proof of payment to shanznel5@gmail.com with your Order Number, full name, delivery address, and the products you ordered. We allocate payments within 1 business day (instant for same-bank transfers) and dispatch as soon as it reflects.

Where is my order? How do I track it?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once we dispatch. You can also enter your order number and email on our /track-order page for live status.

How long does delivery take?

Main centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Outlying areas: 3–5 business days. Full details on our /shipping page.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes — within 2 days of delivery, with photo/video evidence. Submit the request on our /returns page.
