Standard Shipping
Peak Protocol Products offers nationwide shipping within South Africa at a flat rate of R180 for standard delivery.
Orders are shipped via a door-to-door courier service and typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order contains products from different suppliers or brands, dispatch may take an additional 1 to 2 business days, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and contacting the courier directly should any delivery delays or issues arise.
Peak Protocol Products, its affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or other shipping-related issues once the parcel has been dispatched.
Privacy & Packaging
For your privacy and security, the contents of all parcels will be described only as "Supplements." Under no circumstances will the specific contents of the package be disclosed on the shipping label.
Peak Protocol Products and its suppliers cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed, seized, confiscated, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary.
